Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil.
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 4-8 drops of essential oil.
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply to the bottom of feet as needed.
