Recommended uses:
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tsp. carrier, add 1-2 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray. Can be used as a repellent.
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply to bottom of feet as needed; for dry scalp, add 2-3 drops to shampoo.
